To work on the IT Helpdesk and provide technical support to 1200 users across the UK. Be a strong PC user with Office and Outlook skills. Provide support on the above products.You will be expected to be well motivated, able to work well under pressure, be able to manage the technical team relating to call*time management. Work well within a close team structure. Previous Windows 2000*XP experience essential.
